Benoît DEPAQUIT SCHWEITZER

A notary in Paris since 1997, Benoît Depaquit holds a University Diploma in International Notarial Law, private international law, awarded by Université Lyon 3 in 2014.

He has developed extensive experience in property law and private international law and is fluent in Italian.

A passionate endurance sports enthusiast and keen student of philosophy, Benoît Depaquit approaches the notarial profession above all for the richness of human encounters it offers and the trust that lies at the heart of the notary client relationship. After practising within a structure bringing together more than 25 professionals, he chose to establish his own firm alongside Laure Gaschignard and Nathalie Dutheil, with whom he had already worked for several years. Together, they founded a practice whose DNA is defined by proximity to clients and the ability to adapt to their needs and expectations.
